These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ABM Room platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using ABM Room, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
ABM Room is an AI-powered Revenue Operations platform that provides account intelligence, buying-committee discovery, personalized outreach, campaign management, CRM synchronization, workflow automation, and revenue analytics. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the Services.
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain all rights to the data you upload or generate through the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant ABM Room a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any data you provide.
The Services may integrate with third-party tools such as CRMs and email providers. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Services, including all software, design, trademarks, and content provided by ABM Room, are owned by ABM Room and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written consent.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABM Room will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete Customer Data in accordance with our retention practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABM Room is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
